Your Tying the Knot
consultant will:

Set up an initial consultation
to discuss the bride’s vision of the wedding

Assess the needs of
the bride and her family and gather pertinent information
to begin the planning process

Assist in vendor identification,
comparison and selection

Meet with vendors as
necessary. The consultant can act as liaison between
the bride’s family and each vendor as they so desire.

meetings with designers
to discuss the details needed to create the perfect
ambience for their day and to help with specific
selections for the ceremony and reception including
flowers, lighting, table and room decor

assisting the bride
in gown selection and attending fittings

selecting photo
styles and identifying photo needs with photographer
and videographer

identifying specific
resources for any materials needed, i.e. hospitality
baskets, transportation, invitations, menu and place-cards

Keep bride and groom
and their parents apprised of the progress of the wedding
plans along with a time line scheduling their involvement
in the process

Coordinate a walk through
with vendors

Map out a time line
for the wedding day

Review and forward
the wedding day agenda and timeline to all vendors and
finalize all details with them

Orchestrate the rehearsal

Arrive at the ceremony
site prior to the first photo in order to attend to
necessary details

Orchestrate the wedding
ceremony

Oversee the reception
and orchestrate the key elements of the celebration
from the announcement of the bride and groom to the
last dance and fanfare exit
Tying the Knot
can also help in the planning of the rehearsal dinner
and post wedding brunch for an extra fee. This can be
a negotiated fee or an hourly fee.
